After years of struggling with disordered eating (from restriction to binging and back - hello vicious cycle!), it is my mission and passion to help you discover food freedom too.

Discover Food Freedom gathers all I've learned in the past ten years - in my own healing journey, my education, workshops I've attended and led and the countless of women all around the world that I've had the honour of coaching. This program is a compilation of years of learning and struggling, assembled into a practical, 9-module course to help you kickstart your own healing journey.
